- Answering all customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. This includes both B2B and B2C for the US and Canadian web shops.
- Process customer orders, returns, and create and maintain customer accounts.
- Maintain and possess working knowledge of all digital systems including an ecommerce platform, customer service ticketing software, fraud prevention software, credit card processing software internal office phones.
- Working knowledge with ERP, eCommerce platform experience, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Communication skills both verbal and written
- Listening skills
