Location: Los Angeles, CA
- Responsible for inbound and outbound emails.
- Responsible for incoming phone calls.
- Answer customer and account requests via phone or email.
- Responsible for processing all RA requests and issues credit memos for accounts.
- Create and make updates to customer information on file.
- Process all orders for accounts and oversee all payment processing.
- Contact accounts for shipment and payment confirmation.
- Participate and travel to national trade shows if required.
- Completed Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent team member with a positive attitude and an eagerness to work within a growing company.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work closely with customers/accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Punctual, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience working with Smartsheet and/or Blastramp is a plus!
- Fluent in English; fluency Spanish and/or French is a plus!
