Experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative


This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and personable candidate to delve into a rewarding role with great room for future growth.  You will assist in daily sales operations and work alongside a proactive team.




  • Daily processing of orders using ecommerce platform and shipping software
  • Maintain effective communication with our fulfilment center to facilitate timely shipments 
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with speed and professionalism 
  • Responsible for researching and resolving issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction 
  • Document appropriate information for each contact to ensure all associates are equipped with the most current information when a repeat or follow up call/e-mail is necessary
  • Multitask in computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats
  • Examine and process customer returns
  • Proactively look for opportunities to drive sales


Skills & Requirements
3 or more years experience working for an apparel manufacturer in a similar role
Able to multi-task and prioritize workload
Proficient with Microsoft office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience with Shopify, Shipstation and Zendesk is a plus
