Responsibilties:

Elevate service standards through the efficient management of Customer Service Activities for Key Accounts in the US. Work towards rapid and efficient response to customer necessities, increasing customer satisfaction and decreasing failures with special focus on cost efficient solutions.

 

Requirements:

 

- University degree
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in wholesale customer service. Coming from footwear/lifestyle is a plus.
- Accountant knowledge is a plus
- Accustomed to working in a multinational environment
- SAP knowledge is desired
- High proficiency in Excel and other programs related to Microsoft environment
