Responsibilities:

  • Track customer service calls and report on learning
  •  Proactively respond to customer service inquiries pertaining to web order, store orders and product knowledge via phone or e mail correspondence
  • Monitor voicemail messages and respond within set company standard
  • Run open order reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders
  • Partner with wholesale and DTC team to learn about product knowledge and to give best in class service to customers
  • Assist Sales team with re-orders, swaps and RTVs.
  • Handle customer feedback/complaints and reporting back to management about critical or consistent feedback related to website functionality, product, or service

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree
  •  Must have 2-4 years of fashion industry experience
  •  Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously with different departments
