Responsibilities:

  • Assist in management operations and leading sales staff working on the retail floor
  • Develop the sales and customer service team through leadership skills
  • Hire, develop, and oversee more associate level Customer Experience Specialists
  • Work with expanding the business operations and overseeing the concierge program operations through VIP relations
  • Creates a positive experience and offers exceptional customer experience, ensuring client retention
  • Drive strong customer service metrics through various outlets such as: NPS, Yelp, and a customer satisfaction rating
  • Keep track of online and in-store inventory by working closely with the Operations dept. for stocking and replenishment needs
  • Maintain the retail and showroom floor through cleanliness and visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of management and leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury with track record of managing a team
  • Experience working in fashion with women's advanced contemporary and luxury brands
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and support experiences and create a positive and energetic work environment for clients and retail team
  • Previous training, interviewing, organizing, and performance building a retail team
  • Strong analytical skills; high level of verbal and written communication
  • High level of organization and attention-to-detail; ability to multitask work in a fast paced environment and take to last minute changes
  • Technically savvy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as: Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to react to business trends and identify areas of opportunity and address potential issues
  • Must be able to stand and walk during work hours and be able to lift approx. 20 lbs
  • Flexible schedule - ability to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week including evening and weekend shifts

Salary: DOE - $40,000 - $60,000 base salary + benefits
