The Customer Service Representative is responsible for acting as a liaison between the customer and the company.  Responsibilities include assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries. 

Responsibilities

  1. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or live chat.
  2. Provide timely and accurate information regarding inquiries and suggest solutions regarding any issues
  3. Process exchanges/returns.
  4. Assist with profile updates.
  5. Provide customers on company process
  6. Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
  7. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  8. Works closely with the styling team to resolve any styling complaints.

Candidates must have great verbal and written communication skills. Prior customer care experience in a call center environment required; zendesk experience a huge plus
