Title: Coordinator of Display and Paid Social Temp

Start: ASAP (3 months)

Location: NYC


1. Campaign development and execution
o In partnership with agency and technology partners, execute and optimize all Display and Paid Social campaigns 
o Challenge agency’s results and optimization methodology
o Work with “Test and Learn” team on planning and execution of Display and Paid Social pilots 
o Work with Creative team to manage creative requests and asset trafficking
o Leverage best practices and key learnings from previous campaigns
2. Measurement
o Lead monitoring and reporting of Display and Paid Social campaigns performance, proactively communicate any issues to supervisor
o Ensure timely reporting of results from agency and tech partners
o Extract insight and learnings to inform Display and Paid Social strategy and tactics
o Proactively report key insights, learnings, and performance against KPIs to Manager of Display and Paid Social 
o Stay up to date with technology and innovation, embrace a test-and-learn philosophy
3. Accounting
o Daily invoice management and reconciliation of Display and Paid Social budgets
o Support optimization of Display and Paid Social budget 
o Work hand-in-hand with agency and technology partners to ensure alignment on budget
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business Management)
• Minimum 1 year of full time experience managing Paid Social campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), including social tracking planning and reporting
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Display including programmatic and remarketing activities
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong financial business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Analytical with a comfort in dealing with numbers and reporting
• Proficiency in relevant analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Omniture, Facebook, DCM)
