Title: Content Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Support the US Content & Production Manager
Assist in planning and executing overall social media content and campaigns from a US
perspective for all social platforms & digital outlets (social networks, email, web)
Work alongside key members of the US Influencer team on content creation opportunities with
strong influencers - strong focus of TikTok ambassadors to create content for account
on a regular basis
Provide tracking, analytics, and reporting of performance for all US led campaigns on
platforms to collate into Weekly Content Reports shared with global teams, highlighting content
growth & analytics per platform with focus on TikTok
Assist in conceptualizing and developing new & unique US-led content ideas that represent the
brand and are consistent with brand identity to incorporate into opportunities throughout the brand
initiatives with a strong focus on incorporating TikTok content (campaigns, events, influencer edit
shoots, etc)
Stay up-to-date on current social media trends and keep a constant competitive analysis to help
drive innovative opportunities 
Help with execution, production and coverage of events/shoots as needed
Support with content & production admin related duties (raising POs, assisting with budget
management, etc)

Requirements:
Interest and understanding of TikTok and all other social media platforms
Proficient understanding of Social Media and how to deliver metrics such as reach and follower
growth
Excellent understanding of the online fashion industry, media landscape and influencer marketing
Excellent social communication skills - comfortable talking and working with influencers & talent
Highly organized and motivated with the ability to constantly multi-task in a fast pace environment
Budget Management
Able to work independently with passion and energy
Excellent time management, writing ability and attention to detail
Fluent, clear and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm
Forward innovative thinker- thinking differently, proposing & embracing courageous new ideas
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, a plus

Organized and process-driven approach to work
Self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, happy to get involved in a variety of activities
Team player able to work with teams across the business

Salary: Dependent on experience
