  • Being a subject matter expert on all of our products 

Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer experience role 
  • Experience managing social media accounts in terms of customer comments etc. 
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced + startup environment
