Responsibilities:

  • Assist Stylists coordinate and execute events such as pop-ups, trunk shows and personal styling appointments
  • Work directly with high end clientele via phone, email and text to coordinate and confirm meetings and follow up on items such as shipment and satisfaction 
  • Work with Logistics Managers on shipments and inventory to ensure product is prepared for meetings and/or deliveries
  • Assist on event management such as coordinating vendors, beverage and food ordering, fixtures and more
  • Provide a luxurious and positive experience to all clients
  • Track any local events, marketing and PR
  • Assist Sales team close sales as needed
  • Work to build a personal book of high net worth clients
  • Assist in alterations process and delivery to clientele
  • Ecommerce order fulfillment as needed
  • Provide all feedback or observations to manager as key member of the client services team
  • Special Projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality or Business Development, ideally in a luxury setting
  • A positive, polished demeanor and a service-centric attitude
  • Passion for luxury product
  • Hungry to grow in a fast-moving start-up
  • Punctual, responsible and organized
  • Great personality and hustle!
