Description:  We’re looking for a dynamic person who has an appetite to work with clients, create relationships and sell digital products and services in a high growth space. Someone who loves data and driving impactful growth. We’re looking for a dynamic person who has an appetite to work with clients, create relationships and sell digital products and services in a high growth space. In this role you will work with the company's affiliates and clients to increase their volume, improve their performance and offer digital products and services that allows them to grow their business while increasing their account value with the company. You'll educate affiliates and retailers on the production and processes, their availability and quality inventory, train them on placing orders via the app,  and influence them to adopt the behaviors and features of the ordering system that will increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5-7  years of sales, client services, or account management experience is software, services or consumer lifestyle products

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills

  • Demonstrated history of success attaining and overachieving quota

  • An affinity for action and self-initiative

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering on commitments

  • A results-focus and metrics-driven mindset

  • Demonstrated ability to balance a variety of metrics

  • A reputation for follow-up/persistence in challenging situations

  • Authentic relationship skills that earn the confidence of others

  • Prior experience selling and managing multiple customer accounts, email campaigning and collaborating with technical team members, creative, partners and vendors

  • Experience with Mailchimp and Shopify a bonus

  • Ability to form relationships/partnerships and lead by influence rather than by authority

  • Proficient with web technologies, digital apps and analytics reporting 

  • Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
