Title: Brand Marketing Manager
Location: North West New Jersey
The Brand Marketing Manager works to manage and coordinate all aspects of marketing and execute the company's growth plans.
This role will serve as a brand champion across the organization and be responsible for defining and manifesting brand concepts through marketing campaigns, customer experience, brand guidelines, promotional calendars, B2B and client-facing channels.
• Building promotional strategies and offers with Revenue Management and Marketing Planning teams to drive sales
• Developing innovative brand development initiatives and pilots from conception to implementation
• Effective storytelling and content creation in social media channels to drive brand engagement
• Working with Digital and Ecommerce teams to ensure the brand is properly presented across all of our e-commerce channels and distribution teams
• Identify trends and opportunities, brand tracking and research, and performance reporting.
• Managing media buys in North America
• Managing creative agencies/creative services to develop brand creative elements and standards that can be implemented across all channels and regions
• Working closely with the Development teams to create collateral
•University or college degree in business, marketing or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
•3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, or pr environment. Hospitality industry a plus
•An energetic self-starter who is detail and results oriented
•Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, and provide sufficient influence to achieve success
•Must know PowerPoint, Word, Excel
