Title: Associate Manager, Global Marketing & Brand Development

Location: NYC

Duties and responsibilities:


o Initiate, track, and manage updates for all new development
o Submit request forms for all renderings, artwork, and photography
o Manage Licensor approval process and documents
o Develop, manage, and distribute new launch and seasonal promotional project sheets to all divisions; issue weekly updates
o Own the operational timelines, ensuring all key milestones are met
o Attend regular meetings with creative, packaging, finance, sales admin, PR and operations as an active participant, ensuring program knowledge, good communication and adherence to program timetable
o Conduct seasonal competitive analysis on new launches & promotions
o Develop recommendations for product mix for gift sets based on competitive set, historical brand performance and cost of goods analysis
o Assist Sr. Director in GWP development; submit seasonal vendor briefs, manage internal approvals, collaborate with Operations team to issue POs in a timely fashion
o Assist in working with license to create impactful seasonal imagery for all promotions (to be used in Coop Advertising & PR)
o Create and manage historical brand library including all assets
o Manage master seasonal promo binders
o Assist with the creation of presentations
o Act as global liaison with divisions to coordinate needs. Partner with key markets with timely follow up such as lab samples, photography and creative approvals
o Attend monthly forecast meetings, prepare change documents as needed
o Collaborate on social media & digital calendar with PR and license teams
o Assist with the creation of presentations
Administrative:
• Manage product drawers; placing gratis orders, ensuring all space is neatly organized
• Work with supervisor to coordinate brand presentations & events
• Support the team on day to day organization (meeting schedules, meeting minutes, conference rooms, team holiday schedule, messenger/Fedex, etc…)

Qualifications
• University or college degree in business, marketing or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in marketing. Prestige or mass beauty experience a plus.
• An energetic self-starter who is detail and results oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, and provide sufficient influence to achieve success
• Must know PowerPoint, Word, Excel
