The Associate Demand Planner is responsible for implementing and executing an efficient and profitable replenishment strategy for the Ecommerce Demand Channel. Ensure the allocation and replenishment of designated product to maintain an in-stock standard, while achieving planned inventory financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to Day operations with both Amazon Seller and Vendor Central
  • Forecast demand for replenishment styles
  • Collaborate with Forecaster
  • Confirm and review quarterly buys for accuracy against demand and trends
  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal selling and inventory reporting
  • Analyze sales for trends; make recommendations accordingly 
  • Work directly with Amazon Specialists to monitor inventory by style/size
  • Create and generate reports, analysis and scenarios to drive inventory strategy decisions, understands trends and facilitates Planning team daily deliverables
  • Participates as a functional planning representative on cross-functional project teams as assigned, supporting timely project completion and communicating action items; provides updates to larger team
  • Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of key account assortment
  • Manage markdown cadence on a monthly basis                                               
  • Collaborate with Amazon Specialist to Develop and execute item-level promotional and markdown strategies on a daily/ weekly/monthly basis  
  • Partner with Specialists on FBA determination
  • Track status of pending inventory clean-ups and updates
  • Assist with profit reporting and budgets.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Planning and forecasting in Amazon Ecommerce Retail and Wholesale Business
  • Degree BA or Higher in Business Planning/Forecasting or related field
  • Excellent Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) & Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Math skills
  • Hands on experience with inventory management and planning
  • Highly analytical, data-driven individual
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written communication
  • Excellent at teaming and collaboration
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks / projects
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment
