- Create presentations, lookbooks, edits, and creative content for the online stylist team
- Assist the management team and online stylist team in managing and reporting on online top spend customers
- Support online stylists with customer inquiries effectively and efficiently, acting with a sense of urgency to deliver results
- Assist with placing client orders
- Track clients' orders
- Work with Special Requests Team/Buying team to process special orders and ensuring any delivery and special needs to customer are met
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed customer expectations
- Recognize and avert probability of lapsed customers via outstanding service and communication
- Optimize the customer experience through personalized, premium service
- Identify opportunities to expand and develop new customers.
- Represent The Webster voice in any interaction with clients, ensuring verbal and written communication is of the highest standard.
- Work with challenging customers in a professional and timely manner, turning a negative customer experience into an exceptionally positive one.
- Highlight and escalate stock discrepancies or issues to the relevant stock team.
