- Oversee the logistics of the After Sales Program
- Balancing budget maintenance with customer satisfaction.
- Improve processes Ensure the quality of each item repaired is up to standards, ex. total time to repair
- Handle any escalated customer service issues as needed giving upmost customer service, solving needs and general customer retention while upholding company policies and procedures.
- Train and educate the After Sales team to ensure they are subject experts in how to handle customer situations
- 1-3 years of experience in aftersales program
- Experience improving processes tracking KPIS, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree
