Responsibilities:
• Ensure successful logistics of the After Sales Program, while balancing budget maintenance with customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the quality of each repaired product is up to standards: total time to repair, 2nd Repair rate, No Trouble Found, etc.
• Handle call center as needed – focus on meeting customer needs and general customer retention while upholding company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that After Sales Centers (ASC) have all the information necessary to guarantee successful processing of pickups: types, classification, invoicing, loan product, under or without warranty, services package, etc.
• Gather necessary data to distribute monthly statistical reports for repairs management B2C, reaction time to repair, inventory management, spare part management
• Routinely Perform Data Spot Checks – search records for procedural accuracy and make data corrections as needed
• Record and report all product B2C issue trends via dedicated team room for HQ reporting for improvement initiative
• Supply ASC’s with spare parts to repair damaged product by ordering directly from several product manufacturers. Manage and track all spare part orders and oversee management of spare parts inventory.
• Improve Inventory management & Consumption based forecasting for refurbished product stock, demo product stock, spare parts stock, and packaging materials stock.
• Act as technical correspondent between the USA and HQ on new product information. Inform the ASC of new developments and technical updates from HQ
• Communicate technical countermeasures via formal memos to ASC with new procedures or changes to existing ones.Perform user manual proofreading and edits prior to printing (within a tight time constraint) and propose corrections to HQ

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree required.
• 3+ Years work experience in a technical field preferred
• Experience with inventory management is preferred
• Advanced MS Office Skills – Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint
