Account Management

  • Drive profitable growth of the assigned account base in line to the Sea rlq budget. Your account base may change over time but could include department store online businesses where, working alongside our wholes a ie sales tea m, you’ll have to navigate each business’ model with the right approach for aII their routes to consumer
  • Build strong relationships with the account base teams across trade, marketing and buying to lead them to continue to grow the  business with a full-price, high margin focus
  • Manage the commercial terms and contract negotiations with the buyer, in collaboration with our in-house legal and finance team


  • You’ll work within our product segmentation models to provide the right all-Sea r-round, commercial and profitable range for each account and market — ultimately providing choice and information to the consumer
  • Partner with GlobaI Merchandising team who provide the assortment and data for you to drive sell out across your accounts
  • Weekly (or daily in key periods such as Black Friday) review of sell-out and assortment enhancements in-  season to maximize the in-season trade pushing replenishment orders where needed
  • Drive commercial opportunities for exclusives and collaborations to be considered bq Brand and Product teams within the segmentation model


  • Understand who the consumer is, what the key journeys are on each account and work with marketing to deliver mechanisms which will build brand awareness and engagement
  • Build a close partnership with the Digital Marketing team to a marketing plan to increase traffic and conversion offsite and onsite for each partner (e.g. key words, advertising, prospecting and banners)
  • Build and run relevant and innovative marketing activities with account base partners
  • Use data and analytics to drive information and insight to inform decisions across accounts


  • Digital account experience within fashion/ footwear/ FMCG (footwear experience is of course a bonus, but we recognize great sales people can come from a number of industries)
  • Must have account management experience with US online account or experience with brands as the online business buyer for mid and top tier retail (e.g. Nordstrom.com, Bloomingdales.com, Macy's.com)
  • Experience of pureplay or marketplaces a plus (e.g. Zappos, Amazon)
  • Financially savvy, able to manage your business plan and budget- you understand how important stock management and ROAS is in your business plan
  • Strategic in our mindset and business approach, but also happy to be hands-on and get stuck in the day-to-day- you will make things happen!
  • Comfortable working in a matrix structure and collaborating and influencing across departments
  • Think about the consumer first- you based your decisions on data on their behaviors, needs and choices
  • Strong communication skills, high EQ, with a collaborative approach, great at building relationships
  • Tenacious and hungry to succeed, with the determination to raise the game and make a difference
  • Flexible and approachable, comfortable operation in a changing environment
