- Develop and implement growth for major Maintain strong relationships with top-tier specialty accounts
- Prospect new accounts and seek opportunities to build and expand current and reorder business for future season collections.
- Prepare sales, margin and inventory forecast and lead team in monthly OTB forecast meetings for current year; provide sales trend opportunity for future quarters, validate stock-to-sales relationships, maximize receipt flow to improve turn, reconcile receipts and suggest pricing strategies to drive profitability.
- Run and track shipping on a weekly basis to anticipate risks or opportunities to monthly budgets
- Proven track record of strong business development & strategic retail distribution planning, including building target lists and actualizing sales
- High-level of polished entrepreneurial skills- effective communication, professionalism, problem solving, networking, high-energy relationship building, emotional intelligence
- Strong product knowledge/merchandising skills and ability to translate trends to multiple customer segments
- Proficient in systems programs: Joor, Microsoft Office & Excel
- 3+ Years Wholesale experience (Women’s ready-to-wear)
