Location: Los Angeles, CA
-Grow and manage all specialty business for Men’s and Children’s jewelry lines
-Contribute to and execute strategies set by management in order to maximize sales and margins, support and promote the brand and maintain strong relationships with customers.
-Actively seek opportunities to build and expand businesses with high end specialty boutiques and alternative retail (travel, museums, etc) on a domestic and global scale
-Spearhead the targeting of new accounts and partnerships in the Men’s and Children’s space.
-Partner with Executive and Merchandising teams to assist in product development and direction, feedback, trends, and callouts.
-Make product presentations and work with Buying and Merch teams to identify assortment plans, sales opportunities, and maximize sales growth.
-Comprehensive competitive analysis of marketplace.
-Create and maintain seasonal forecasts by door and category.
-Assemble and monitor profitability by account and identify areas of opportunity in regards to sell-through, markdowns, cancellations, returns, etc.; make recommendations to customers
-Identify and attend relevant trade shows
-Hit the road with samples to existing and new accounts to execute seasonal buy, ensure in-store product is properly merchandised and ensure accounts are equipped with seasonal product knowledge
-Partner with finance and operations to ensure proper credit, shipping, and bookings for each customer;
-Manage communications and feedback between individual customers, internal partners, third party vendors
-Minimum of 3+ years in wholesale experience; Men’s OR Children’s specialty experience required
-MUST have strong relationships in either the Men’s or Children’s specialty space
-Fashion experience is a must, jewelry experience is a plus
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
-Able to work with a small team and grow with a changing business
-Ability to travel often/as needed
Salary: Base plus aggressive commission and seasonal bonus potential!
