- Implement regional strategy for hospitality and large-scale condominium projects
- Identify, drive and utilize hospitality sales opportunities
- Secure that reporting tools are updated at all times for proper and accurate monitoring of business development in region
- Identify, Develop and maintain relationship with other relevant key stakeholders in region – Internet Service Providers (ISP’s), Commercial AV Integrators, architects, designers, owners, investors etc.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned channel.
- Attend and/or lead trade shows, seminars, and conferences as needed.
- Experience selling FFE or amenities to hotels and MDU’s
- Highly organized and analytical
- B2B/Project sales experience
- Familiar with consultative selling
- Project management experience
- In depth knowledge of New York construction projects and opportunities
