Location: Chicago, IL
-Manage field sales and profitability for Department Stores and Specialty accounts within Midwest territory
-Recruit, train, manage and develop in-store teams in Beauty Ambassadors, Freelancers and Counter Managers.
-Educate in-store teams on latest product knowledge, releases and brand news.
-Perform frequent store visits to analyze business and productivity.
-Drive client acquisition, engagement and conversion through store visits, merchandising and team management.
-Build key partnerships with in-store leaders and retail teams to ensure collaboration and perpetual brand representation
-Assist in executing events, negotiating counter real estate and ensure stores have proper marketing and collateral
-3+ years in an Account Executive or similar Wholesale Regional role with a high end retailer; experience in beauty is a major plus!
-Strong recruitment and development background; proven ability to develop and lead teams
-Strong written, verbal, oral and interpersonal skills
-Passion for beauty and skincare trends
-Ability to travel 6-10 days per month
