  • Manage Specialty and/or Key Accounts
  • Manage all sales; Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded (processing and tracking orders, ensuring deliveries are on schedule)
  • Manage and build current accounts; consistently seek new business opportunities
  • Propose sales and marketing strategy, as well as distribution and projections for region
  • Process / track orders
  • Manage portfolio; Ensure operations/protocols are being met in accordance to business standards and expectations
  • Regularly assess inventory for product turn improvement
  • Analyze sales reports
  • Offer sales feedback pre-market; Assist in merchandising collections
  • Project unit need for region by style
  • Work alongside Retail Specialists to guarantee key doors on brand and sales targets are achieved
  • Partner with cross-functional depts. (i.e. Merchandising / Design, Production, Customer Service, Marketing)
  • Plan / manage trade shows with max ROI
  • Orchestrate store visits and/or business trips for account growth
  • Maintain / create line sheets
  • Organize and manage region samples



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ experience working within women's wholesale apparel
  • Experience managing Specialty Accounts
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong retail analysis skill
  • Strong Excel skills
