Title of Job: Account Executive - Off-Price Sales

Main functions:

We are seeking a passionate Account Executive whose motivation is to drive sales and strong performance results.  This team member contributes to the execution of strategies set by management to maximize sales and support and promote the brand (s), where appropriate, and maintain optimal relationships with customers for the off-price account base/channel.  You will also provide support for the overall Off-Price team in the management of accounts.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Manage all customer-related activities, including but not limited to, communication between internal teams
  • Manage customer orders and order status partnering with the Customer Service team
  • Coordinate development of point of sales materials and display vehicles to support in-store activation with internal cross-functional teams
  • Assist in providing account management and support to the Off-Price Sales Team
  • Provide information on all Product, Finance, Credit, and Brand related questions for Off-Price Sales Team
  • On-going evaluation of sales and stock to identify appropriate and incremental customer opportunities to grow the business
  •  Conduct new account research
  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain regular updates
  • Understand and utilize the open order door reports to better support our customers
  • Knowledgeable of order process and its operations
  • Partner with cross-functional departments, Product Development, Planning, Distribution and Customer Service
  • Sell and manage through Flash Sale Sites
  • Creation of presentation materials – particularly category data and trends, analytics and consumer insights
  • Personally deliver presentations and contribute to meetings with retailers


  • Minimum 2 -4 years’ sales support/account management experience in wholesale/retail environment, Off-price Channels.
  • Experience with Flash Sales Sites
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work effectively cross functionally
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to analyze statistics/data
  • Must have a good understanding of retail math
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
  • Results driven working collaboratively cross-functionally
  • Critical thinking skills and strong relationship management
  • Bachelor's Degree 

Salary: Dependent on Experience
