- Daily coordination of shipments.
- Support EDI with related setup requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to each account.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email and communicating any issues to the sales team.
- Experience with Full Circle and NuOrder is a huge plus. Basic computer knowledge required.
- Experience with customer facing problem resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in apparel customer service.
