- Develop, execute, and optimize our multi-channel, paid media programs with a strong focus on acquiring new customers that develop into long-term, high-value clients.
- Responsible for all aspects of paid media, including digital, paid search, re marketing, and social media advertising.
- Develop and execute search & display advertising strategy for the company; directly manage and sequentially tune campaigns to acquire customers, generate revenue, and create greater brand awareness.
- Develop and manage a multi-channel, LTV & ROI oriented advertising strategy by rapidly running many small tests and focusing on sequentially optimizing promising campaigns
- Accountable for creating an ROI positive system for acquiring new clients via advertising (on an LTV basis)
- Expert in digital advertising including: SEM, display, retargeting, negotiation, supply & demand side ecosystems, performance optimization using scientific experimentation, attribution models, optimization of multi-touch advertising models.
- Owns overall strategy for being world class in both performance and brand oriented luxury inbound advertising
- Manage overall ad spend to stay within budget and drive the creation of creative assets for advertising
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of best practices for SEM and other online advertising efforts
• A clear understanding of Google analytics
• Must have a proven track record in e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills including expertise in Excel, SQL and statistics
