Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and deliver digital marketing strategy for US market, to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize all digital channels with global team: SEM, Affiliates, Social, Display, Online PR, partnerships, CRM
  • Manage digital marketing budget across forecasting, post campaign ROI analysis and P+L monitoring 
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively execute against set KPI’s
  • Maintain US landing pages with ecommerce team for effective optimization to ensure traffic conversion
  • Manage weekly and monthly US reporting and analysis of digital marketing activities focussing on core KPI’s per channel including but not limited to visits, conversion rate, revenue, AOV
  • Pioneer and develop new digital marketing activations and initiatives in technology to drive brand awareness, sales and acquisition in the US
  • Work closely with merchandising and content teams to build a customer communication and trading plan
  •  

Requirements: 

  • BA/BS
  • 5-7 years experience managing digital marketing across e-commerce
  • Manage of direct reports and agencies
  • Analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Hitwise,
  • Budget management
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problemsolving skills 
  • Passion for digital and fashion
  • Determination to succeed in a high pressure environment

Salary: 

Commensurate on experience.
