-The Store Manager role is comprised of three main areas of the business:
+Recruit, coach, and develop a team that is dedicated to driving the business
-Sales, Service and Community Outreach
+Ability to grow sales and increase foot traffic by providing excellent customer service
+Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales plans while running a tight business operation.
-Graduation from accredited college with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
-5+ years of Retail Managerial experience preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal social skills are a must.
-Strong understanding of Metrics; KPI driven
-Building the in-store clienteling experience
