Title: Senior Manager, Performance Marketing
Location: New York, NY
Lead and manage paid acquisition channels for the US market, including Paid Search, Google Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliate network, Re targeting campaigns.
Analyze results, optimize performance, and provide on-going channel reporting and insights to US team.
Work closely with the global Performance Marketing team on local insights, agency updates, and general best practices.
Own the paid marketing budget and allocation across channels. Test new initiatives and provide recommendations on spend.
Lead and be the main point of contact for agencies. Work closely with agency partners to maximize ROI across new member acquisition and sales, test new ideas, and create all content, manage creative development and overall launch.
Stay updated on new features/offerings and trends across channels, general best practices across e-commerce market (ex. New features on Google and Facebook, new social ad offerings).
3-5 years of digital marketing and paid search experience in the e-commerce industry, fashion experience required
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Expert of Google Adwords & FBX platforms
Experience with SEA Bidding Tools (Doubleclick, Marin, Kenshoo, Adobe or other)
Excellent command of Excel and Web Analytics tools
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and across different geographic zones
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
