The Regional Director is responsible for business results, brand operational standards and talent for an assigned district of stores and for improving regional results and productivity year-after-year. Direct reports to the RM are the District and Store Managers within the assigned region.
-Creates and takes accountability for a consistently positive work environment that increases productivity, decreases unwanted turnover and enhances the customer experience  
-Develops, implements and monitors programs that sustain a productive, efficient store environment and facilitates a positive employee experience and attitude toward the Company  
-Provides an open door policy where employees are free to express their concerns and feelings without fear of retaliation or ill will  
-Empowers the District and Store Managers to act as gatekeepers, facilitators and courageous decision makers to drive the best results  
-Communicates performance goals and standards so employees understand expectations and how they are linked to the organization's mission, values and goals  
Human Resources:  
-Recruits, interviews and selects the best candidates for job openings who reflect the brand standard  
-Coaches and develops employees for current and future responsibilities, including multi-unit supervision and DM bench strength  
-Creates a learning environment in district, ensuring the store management teams are committed to company training/development programs  
-Retains the right employees in the right jobs and removes employees who do not meet expectations  
-Ensures the store management teams administer employee discipline in a fair and consistent manner

-Allocates district staffing and scheduling budgets and oversees all payroll/non-payroll expense control

Loss Prevention:  
-Ensures that the region protects company assets through promoting awareness of LP best practices  
-Ensures that the region maintains acceptable inventory shrinkage, not exceeding established goals  
-Ensures that the region maintains store security systems including security cameras, inventory control tags, burglar alarms and cash handling procedures  
-Ensures that store management follows all policies specific to inventory control, including managing required annual physical inventories, paperwork flow, over/short logs, markdowns, timeliness of reporting, receipt of goods, merchandise transfers and all other related inventory matters  
-Ensures proper execution of visual presentation standards and promotional event set ups  
-Ensures stores in region are clean, organized and operational  
-Adheres to and ensures all employees are working safety and following established safety best practices  
Customer Service:  
-Ensures district teams are friendly, knowledgeable about our products, and represent to the brand standard  
-Improves customer experience in district through recognizing customer service successes, coaching to improve performance and empowering staff to appropriately use their best judgment in all customer service matters  
-Is personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions and concerns  
Product Knowledge: 
-Provides customer and merchandise feedback as needed or as requested  
-Provides input and influence to convey product ideas from customer to Merchant Team 


-8+ years of Regional or District Management experience in a clienteling environment  
-Demonstrated success in assessing, selecting and developing management teams  
-Understanding of and experience overseeing the consistent execution of visual, merchandising, marketing and customer service strategies  
-Experience developing, implementing and monitoring programs/processes that drive business improvements  
-Knowledge of lawful employment practices  
-Excellent oral communication skills 
-Effective interpersonal skills with all levels 
-Ability to develop and maintain excellent fashion merchandise presentation standards 
-Proven leadership skills in training, coaching, developing, motivating, and selling 
-Ability to read, interpret and set strategies based on various reports 
-Ability to manage corporate directives and maintain excellent records 
-Capable of maximizing business to achieve sales goals and reduce shrink and expenses 
Other Required Skills/Abilities: 
-Strong human relation skills and ability to work and support a team environment 
-Ability to set, meet and assist others in achieving goals 
-Willingness to use and gain knowledge of the brand products and procedures 
Must have BA/BS college degree.

Salary: $120k - $150k plus bonus
