Junior Operations / Customer Service role. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a fast-growing startup in its early stages and to write the future of collaborative luxury. Report to the Head of Operations to:
• Control quality of the inventory, return to vendors, categorize inventory in database, tagging inventory.
• Customer Service, reply to customer inquiries by phone, email or chat.
• Responsible for shipment and fulfillment of all orders.

- Previous experience in fulfilment/shipment and/or customer service
