· Represents the company as a visible, approachable and professional HR practitioner
· Oversee and support the administration of all HR-related responsibilities, including but not limited to
recruiting, on-boarding, benefit programs, performance management, training programs, employee relations,
compliance, terminations, workers’ compensation, leave of absence and unemployment
· Consult with managers and supervisors concerning employee-related matters and provide guidance and
mediation on staffing and management issues
· Implements communication programs to increase employee engagement and morale
· Maintain and update job descriptions; ensure job descriptions are accurate and reflect job duties and
· Maintains all HRIS & Payroll records, including official personnel file records
· Assures compliance with all applicable laws and corporate policies/guidelines and identifies opportunities to
develop and implement new practices/guidelines to achieve business goals
· Executes regular review of state and federal laws applicable to each office location to ensure compliance
· Responds to requests from employees for assistance with assigned human resources areas of responsibility
· Performs benefits program coordination, support and administration, which may include healthcare
insurance and leave for all employees
· Provide leadership during semi-annual review process ensuring program is administered efficiently and
employee reviews are written and communicated appropriately and completed in a timely manner
· Assists line managers with successful on-boarding and inductions for new employees.
· Partners with the Global People Team on various activities and initiatives
· Ensures that all HR administrative functions are handled in an accurate and timely manner
· Manages and maintains accurate HRIS and general department statistics/KPIs by way of system monitoring
and regular reporting

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
· 3-6 years prior work experience in progressive human resources
· Must possess fundamental knowledge of human resources laws, practices and procedures, specifically California employment law
· Fundamental business acumen
· Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other business-oriented applications
· Fundamental knowledge and experience in group facilitation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills associated with developing trusting relationships
· Strong organization and prioritization skills; excellent follow through on short and long-term projects
· Ability to make collaborative and strategic decisions based on all relevant information
· Ability to make sound business recommendations, problem solve and provide strategic foresight, utilizing
performance indicators, spreadsheets and other tools to effectively analyze data
Salary: $70K
