THE ROLE: HEAD OF EXPERIENTIAL

Location: Lower Manhattan

Responsibilities:

Looking for a new leader to take develop its experiential practice

  • Focus on servicing the experiential needs of the current client base as well as developing new clients and taking the experiential offer to market and building up the offering within the wider business

The Role

  • 60% Client counsel
    • Manage relationships with senior clients and give counsel as needed (Event creation and conception, production, budget management and full client services delivery)
    • Work in partnership with wider client teams to build out experiential extensions for existing clients
    • Manage experiential only clients
  • 20% Business management
    • Oversee the functioning of the experiential business day-to-day in partnership with leadership team
    • Tasks include – financial oversight (P&L reporting, revenue tracking and cost management)
    • Manage all vendors and billing with other company services e.g. Design Studio
  • 20% Business developmen
    • Focus on developing and extending the client base of the agency (Both organically and through new clients)
    • Develop the positioning of the Experiential offer within the industry and market

Requirements:

  • The perfect person needs to have 8 + years of experiential marketing experience
  • A proven track record of delivering campaigns, events, launches and other activations to an impeccable standard
  • An agency background and world-class client management skills
  • Experience with typical agency client base for Sport & Entertainment e.g. Sport and Fitness brands, consumer tech, beverages and FMCG
