Responsibilities: Manage benefit administration (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc) and employee relations, serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers, facilitate new hire orientation, track employee data (vacation days, etc)., recruit and interview new hirees, and more.
Requirements: Ideally 4-7 years of related experience, college degree in related field. and experience with HRIS. Must have excellent Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
