Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the COO to develop and deliver strategic sales plans and goals, and identify risks, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future
  • Ensure operational excellence by spearheading the development, communication and implementation of best-in-class sales strategies and processes
  • In conjunction with the COO develop the company’s annual sales plan including details of projected results, strategies to achieve them, timelines, risks and resources
  • Establish and measure key operational performance indicators for the sales division and adjust operational tactics to achieve agreed upon performance goals.
  • Execute monthly / quarterly sales reports

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of retail / wholesale / manufacturing experience with comparable volume / proven track record of success
  • Highly motivated, organized and results-driven
  • Deep understanding of the activewear industry and its’ competitive environment
  • Strong established relationships with corporate and specialty accounts
  • Strong financial planning and retail analysis skills
  • Deliver best-in-class operational strategies by being resourceful and using creative strategies and
  • approaches

 

Salary: Dependent on experience.
