Job Description:

  • Campaign Strategy, Management and Assessment
    • Thought-leader for clients and agency; strategist who can act as trusted adviser for multiple clients and translate client objectives into successful programs
    • Provide best-in-class social/digital marketing counsel specific to brand target consumer and marketing objectives while leveraging ever changing digital and social marketing technologies
    • Craft end-to-end full scale influencers campaigns that support client’s brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs
    • Deep understanding of social platform analytics tools, understanding of how they work and ability to translate the output as related to impacting business strategies and marketing efforts
    • Ability to develop recap materials following campaign execution to measure and evaluate value, including ROI and performance metrics
    • Facilitate talent approvals of campaign materials
    • Oversee campaigns to ensure timely delivery of influencer assets and coordinate logistics based on talent contracts
    • Experience planning global influencer activations through execution and are acutely aware of cultural and social platform nuances, payment and procurement policies, and international management logistics
  • Talent Procurement
    • Experience in talent social analytics related to the selection and evaluation
    • Knowledgeable about the intersection of earned, owned and paid media
    • Identify entertainment content opportunities (e.g. integration, sponsorships, etc.) relevant to clients
    • Development of client-facing casting sheets, scopes of work, formal offers, contracts and recap documents
    • Experience pricing influencers and developing scope of services
    • Negotiation of formal offer and long form agreements on behalf of brand and agency clients


  • Work Experience, skills and education
    • 3+ years in the digital space with proven experience delivering successful digital/social programs across channels
    • Agency or property experience in building influencer or content led branded programs ideal
    • Experience buying/managing talent/content in the digital space and interacting with brands, agencies, MCN’s, influencers
    • Strategic understanding of traditional, digital/social specific media marketing in addition to appropriate metrics of success
    • Robust network specifically within the in digital / social space; knowledge of various agencies and networks and who and how to work with them to construct talent partnerships
    • The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams a must
    • Strong relationships with talent representation and digital/social networks
    • Strong communication skills; written, spoken, presentation, etc.
