Company Description: Global Accessories Retailer
The Director, In-Store Visual Communications will oversee all teams related to visual executions for over 4500 multi-brand retail stores across the US. The role will ensure the proper graphics, tools and communication support are provided for the creative and supply chain teams to allow visual processes to execute seamlessly in the field stores.
Lead and develop all Visual Communications teams and ensure strategy is aligned with global vision.
Spearhead new development of back-end platforms for in-store communication
Oversee fixture management and inventory maintenance
Cross-departmental partnership with the in-store communications team, supply chain, marketing and field leadership.
Support teams with new store openings, remodels and renovations
Strategize and oversee short and long term visual projects including testing, in-store events, on-going and short-term promotions, window display, POS display and more
Responsibility for visual budget
Develop and maintain brand code sheets
Provide visual support to retail store teams
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, MBA preferred
10+ years in a similar Visual Marketing or Visual Communications role at a Senior Manager or Director level
Quick-learning, adaptable, proactive and forward-thinking
Strong Project Management skills
Robust communication skills including written, verbal and comprehension
Strong Word, Excel and Power Point skill set
