Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing associate/Manager's primary focus is to build and implement viable digital marketing strategies for the company to help grow overall business and meet monthly revenue goals.

  • Work in association with digital marketing team members towards developing and improving on company’s digital marketing programs

  • Digital marketing associates perform various functions as they work to get their company’s brand on the faces of millions of Internet users.

  • Build and implement viable digital marketing strategies for the company

  • Responsible for paid marketing efforts, including execution of video branded content campaigns

  • Utilize the various online tools to promote company’s online image and brand

  • Understand the concept of search engine optimization and how to improve it

  • Assess the various online campaigns of the company to understand how to improve such and therefore improve on the company’s profitability.

  • Regularly analyze performance and optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and performance  

  • Monitor pacing of actual spend against budget throughout campaign  

  • Manage accruals and invoice processing

  • Identify developing media trends, tactics, and opportunities in digital media

Requirements: 

  • 4-5 years experience in digital marketing for an e-commerce company, preferably retail

  • Possess good understanding of web analytics and digital campaigns

  • Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision at all

  • Possess team spirit and be able to interact professionally and otherwise with other members of staff

  • Experience in developing, executing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing/paid media – knowledge of branded content campaigns a plus

  • Ability to communicate excellently both in written and verbal forms

  • Possess good knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads and all other digital social channels

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently

  • Possess positive attitude, sound judgement, and top level professionalism.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, Internet marketing, or in other related field

  • Background in men's fashion/lifestyle or sports a plus
