Summary:

The Digital Marketing Associate will play an integral role the development, production, implementation, and measurement of key digital campaigns and initiatives as well as support the deployment and updating of e-commerce sites with our retailer partners.  The Digital Consumer Marketing Associate will work together with the digital, marketing and sales teams to operationalize the Travel Retail Americas Digital strategy, develop and deploy digital and social media engagement activities, and provide retailers with online promotions and product information.

 

Responsibilities

 

•Partner with the Digital Manager and team to ensure that digital campaigns are executed with excellence and on time and best practices and results captured and reported. 

•Analyze and prepare digital campaign wrap reports to communicate to brand and functional stakeholders. 

•Manage the aggregation and development of product content for partner websites, updating product assortments and ensuring that we are presenting our brands' best selves online while collaborating with cross-regional counterparts.

•Develop and manage an editorial Social Media calendar in conjunction with Brand marketing teams, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication. 

• Responsible for monitoring and tracking Travel Retail Americas on Social Platforms, preparing reports, performing analysis (including preparing and documenting actionable insights) and provide recommendations and data to key stakeholders.

•Develop digital trends reports and perform competitive analysis investigations, keeping track of latest innovations and recent cutting edge launches in order to identify opportunities for brands within Travel Retail.

 

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master degree a plus
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required
  • 4 + years of marketing experience (digital marketing preferred, traditional marketing will be considered)
  • Must be able to work with cross-functional teams and different personalities
  • Results-driven attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and a professional demeanor
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and drive multiple projects
  • Familiarity with and passionate about high-tech, social and digital trends
  • Strong mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of web technologies and front-end/back-end development a plus
