Title:Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or live chat.
  2. Provide timely and accurate information regarding inquiries and suggest solutions regarding any issues
  3. Process exchanges/returns.
  4. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  5. Works closely with the styling team to resolve any styling complaints.

Requirements:

2+ years Customer Service Experience 

Computer experience, ie with a CRM

Customer focus with strong communication skills

Problem Solving/Analysis

Time Management

Team Player

Salary: DOE
