Responsibilities: 

  • Primary contact for jewelry customers
  • Communication will involve taking customer call, answering emails and online chats
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Resolve any customer related concerns/ problems
  • Receive and evaluate consignment items coming in from sellers.
  • Communicate with sellers and consignors, managing the relationship.
  • Be super detailed with laser focus and commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and outside partners.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in fast paced environment.

Requirements: 

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who can learn quickly and think on their toes
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience
