Title of Job: Customer Service Manager

Company Description: Well-known footwear brand is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager for their new Los Angeles location. This position is to ensure efficient Customer Service across USA territory and for all Company business models (Wholesale, Retail & B2C), for control & reduction of department inefficiencies with focus on cost saving, and to work towards 100% customer satisfaction by resolving issues.

 

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Management of CS team to coordinate national duties
  • Strategy development (shipping calendars, VAS requests)
  • Management and control of all operations process (Order to Cash) & back office for wholesale, retail and B2C
  • Development and implementation of ERP and BI routines to facilitate company basic processes and accurate reporting
  • KPI reporting
  • Direct management of B2C accounts
  • Team training

Requirements:

  • BA degree in Logistics, Economics or related
  • 5+ Years CS Management a MUST, similar industry preferred
  • Accountant knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
