Responsibilities:

-Assist the sales department with day-to-day customer, stock and logistic operations and support wholesale accounts as well as store as their direct point of contact.
-Manage Order Entry
-Create and update all customer info and contact list
-Warehouse Point of Contact
-Allocate stock to each account after receiving at the warehouse
-Generate Invoice and Pick ticket for the warehouse
-Track shipments and delivery status for accounts
-Notify account executives of any issues, relay issue, and seek resolution
-Manage returns
-Staff Garment allowance management
-Retail and Ecom inventory management and weekly reporting
-Enter Weekly selling information into standardized form to be distributed to company
-Compile weekly email blast highlighted best sellers for the company
-Showroom support
-Support and help the sales team during all market and sales activation

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-MUST HAVE experience using RLM / Shopify / JOOR
-Proactive & Problem solver
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Organized & Self-motivated
