Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales department with day-to-day customer, stock and logistic operations and
  • Input orders for assigned clients, majors, and international stores
  • Send order confirmations and update orders as needed
  • Update orders as needed with cancellations, additions, or changes
  • Allocate stock to each account after receiving at the warehouse
  • Generate Invoice and Pick ticket for the warehouse
  • Track shipments and delivery status for accounts
  • Notify account executives of any issues, relay issue, and seek resolution
  • Generate RA number and manage returns
  • Retail and Ecom inventory management and weekly reporting
  • Create store and ecom orders. Ship store order, reorder and manage return
  • Allocate stock to each retail outlet after receiving at the warehouse
  • Manage their inventory, stock movement and sell out
  • Showroom support
  • Create collection line sheet on Joor
  • Support and help the sales team during all market and sales activation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience using RLM / Shopify / JOOR
  • Proactive & Problem solver
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Organized & Self-motivated
