Responsibilities:

  • Hires, onboards, trains, and motivates Ambassador and Customer Care teams
  • Endlessly empathizes with our field (and instills that within her team)
  • Utilizes technology to support chat and ticketing requests
  • Builds robust Customer Care processes and procedures (canned answers, on-brand language, ticketization, etc)
  • Builds and boosts team morale
  • Addresses complex questions from Ambassadors (ie: explain my comp plan, how do I reach a promotion, etc)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Ability to think strategically and lead a team
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of customer service software (ie: ZenDesk or Magento)
  • Awareness and appreciate of the Brand
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
