• Research and approach customers in US market

• Introduce the brand to new customers and develop relationships in order to sell

• Tailor product proposals according to customer briefs and produce written product presentations accordingly

• Travel and meet with key customers in order to build relationships and close significant sales

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales/margin targets

• Implement strategies to maximize revenue with VIC's

• Liaise with marketing

• Understand client needs and exceed their expectations

• Act as an ambassador for the company, hosting meetings and client presentations

• Ensure all client/sales data is correctly entered into the weekly sales report

• Understanding of the supply chain and quoting to clients accordingly for lead times and delivery 

• Develop a strong working relationship with Merchant team, in order to fully understand stock and raw material availability for sales

• Develop a strong working relationship with Corporate Sales team and Store Managers

• Share market intelligence, best practice and sales strategies 


  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Ability to work independently
  • B2B sales background, especially business development
  • Knowledge of luxury Corporate gifting
  • Luxury market knowledge is a must
  • Ability and confidence to communicate at a senior level
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
  • Numerate and confident calculating orders, discounts and margin
