The Business Intelligence Analyst that will help build our data infrastructure to drive the understanding of key performance metrics across the business. This is a high impact role that will work with leaders across the business and drive decision-making across key operational workflows (i.e., prescription processing, inventory management), product, user acquisition, retention and marketing performance.

  • Spearhead our data implementation and reconfiguration process with best-in-class documentation and governance practices to enable high quality workflow and collaboration capabilities
  • Serve as a centralized source of truth for all stakeholders and departments
  • Collaborate with our data engineering and operations teams to set business logic and definitions from all data sources
  • Partner with Finance and key executives across the business to drive strategic initiatives, analysis and reporting
  • Proactively identify and lead projects from insights derived from advanced data analysis and present recommendations for improvements in the business
  • Help develop and implement flexible and scalable visualization and dashboards of various business intelligence tools
  • Empower and effectively partner with users of all levels in successfully accessing data, reports and dashboards with the goal of providing a true self-service tool
  • Work on ad hoc analysis projects as needed
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or other quantitative disciplines
  • Fluent in multiple programming languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.) and Excel
  • Experience working with various BI tools and platforms (Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.)
  • Experience with ETL, data warehousing, data modeling and data pipelines
  • Strong and clear communicator with the ability to use judgment to tailor communication from a big picture level to in the weeds depending on the audience
  • Passionate about data and its ability to enable actionable insights that move the business forward
  • Self-starter and ability to be a leader
  • Excellent critical and logic-driven thinking and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Steward of efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Experience with privacy and security issues related to Healthcare data a plus
