Responsibilities: Strategic Business Planning:
• Together with Sales Manager, Merchandising, and the Retailer, establish customer strategies based on our corporate direction against our established sales plan.
• Work with key stakeholders to provide a sustainable market advantage within the Retail Environment 
• Ensure effective two-way exchange process between product and process management
Account Management
• Manage order process culminating in timely acquisition of seasonal bookings, which includes product, presentation, assortment planning, flow management and working closely with internal planning and customer service partners to ensure timely delivery of product. 
• Work closely with retailer and ensure that consistent analysis of sell-through, stock positions, market trends and retail metrics information is used during sell in’s, prelines, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to make key decision in driving an account strategy and identify future business opportunities and potential risks/liabilities. Such information should be shared with key internal stakeholders in product creation, planning, and sales management.
• Procure accurate and reliable customer forecasts on or before deadlines and analyze them against planned sales budget
• Provide monthly recaps of forecast/projection performance vs. actuals
• Work with your GM and Sales manager to determine special product needs and act as a liaison with merchandising to develop appropriate product assortment within Nike’s parameters. This will include understanding of account strategy, focus accurately and working closely with both retail buyers and planners to ensure that the buy is in-line with strategy.
• Develop and maintain knowledge and record of account sales programs, policies, and vendor agreements. Assist in developing and enforcing appropriate sales strategies and resolve sales issues within the account
• Manage, track, and resolve all customer compliance issues regarding freight claims, chargebacks, shipping violations, and returns in conjunction with Accounting
• Strong business acumen. Ability to understand and use financial data to make decisions and influence outcomes. This includes margins, door by door analysis, stock positions, retail math, forecasts/projections, probability and statistical inference, percentages, ratios, etc
• Drive and Align with internal stake holders and retailer to drive for the fiscal goals

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• 3+ years' experience in sales
• Working knowledge / experience with digital retailers is a plus
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations and business reports without additional support
• Understanding of competitive market, customer and retail trends
• Solid understanding of sales programs, policies and procedures
• High level of retailer business operations and retail metrics
• Proven track record of problem resolution with complex business issues
• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and business planning
• Development of seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to coach and guide customers
• Ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action
• Exceptional communication skills, including ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully and manage and resolve conflict
• Proven success working in a dynamic fast changing environment with elements of ambiguity
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work varied business hours, including some weekend work
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
