Title: Account Coordinator/ Data Entry
- Provides a high level of data entry proficiency and accuracy
- Properly and accurately enters in new sales orders in SAP system and ensures all orders are entered into the system including bill to, ship to, payment terms, etc.
- Provides general administrative support for sales team
- Works with production to ensure that all styles are entered into the system correctly and anything that requires attention is fixed promptly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Experience with SAP a plus or a comparable ERP system
